Breathwork for Self-Care Modules

Class 1: Breathing Light, Slow and Deep

Class 2: Breath and the Body

Class 3: Breath and Movement

Class 4: Breath and Emotions and Mind

Class 5: Breath and Meditation for Focus and Presence

Class 6: Breathing with Clients, Family and Friends

When we breathe consciously, we bring Prana (also called Chi or Life Force Energy) into our body.  We will explore how to work with energy, movement of our body, and emotions to experience more peace and balance in life.

If our breath is moving, our energy is also moving.  When we hold our breath or breathe shallow into our chest, energy can get stuck and stagnant in our body.  This creates more stress in our life and keep us in a state of overwhelm and crisis.  You will learn practices that you can easily incorporate into your daily life and experience ways to help you be resilient, balanced and focused.

Oxygen Advantage® techniques will be used in this class.

My comment after my first session with Pam: “Wow that’s better than drugs!” My comment after my last training: “Wow that’s better than drugs!”

Chuck

Pam is awesome!! I highly recommend her!

Tim, Chi Massage, Tucson

What I learned from Pam during each week session was how important breath
is. How it affects our body and clarity for our minds. The out breath is
more important than the intake breath. I learned to breath in through
different parts of my organs from stomach, heart and mind as well as my
lungs. During my breath sessions I have traveled through dimensions of
clarity and direction for my life.
