Would you like to feel more calm, balanced and focused in times of stress and overwhelm or in general during these crazy time we are living in?
“Improper breathing is a common cause of ill health. If I had to limit my advice on healthier living to just one tip, it would be simply to learn how to breathe correctly.

What my clients are saying:
I believe that Pamela is a well-kept secret (and she shouldn’t be!) More and more people need to know about Pam and the great work she does with “Breathwork.” Her knowledge and skillset are bar none. I learned so much.
I couldn’t believe the stress release I felt after my very first session with Pam. Immediately, I found relief from the practice that Pam taught me.
My breathing has improved so much more than I could imagine. This goes without saying, but I need to say it; Pam is so loving, compassionate and attentive to your words. She is a magnificent soul here to help her fellow brothers and sisters breathe better, improve their stamina, and live a life with more ease and balance.
I am still in awe of my many results from the recent breathwork session with Pamela…
I loved every single moment of our time together, and I truly appreciate her professional, judgment-free, respectful, and welcoming attitude.
The day after the breathwork, my own approach towards the issue we worked on was totally different.
I felt full of trust, calm, balance, connection, compassion, awareness, sense of being able to lead the change, and with the certainty that it is just a matter of time before I fully gain back what is missed.
Soooooooo powerful!Thank you, Pam ??????
Even if there is much more lightness, space, and gratitude in my heart now, I’m so looking forward to our next session
What I learned from Pam during each week session was how important breath is. How it affects our body and clarity for our minds. The out breath is more important than the intake breath. I learned to breath in through different parts of my organs from stomach, heart and mind as well as my lungs. During my breath sessions I have traveled through dimensions of clarity and direction for my life.
