DESCRIPTION:MONDAY SOUND BATHS and BREATHWORK – Crystal Tones Singing Bowls Sound Bath by Pam \nPam Neil is the founder of Aloha Breathwork where she shares the importance of changing how we breathe to assist us in our inner and outer world by providing breathwork classes\, coaching and private sessions for reducing stress\, anxiety\, sleep issues and also for increasing focus and physical and mental performance. \nShe also has 14 Crystal Singing Bowls she calls her Bowl Mates and enjoys sharing Sound Baths in groups and private sessions\, in Yoga classes\, or on the beach. \nShe has been living on the Big Island for 7 years.
